Findora is an online catalogue and order-request service operated by David Thomas Kent in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Contact dthomaskent49@gmail.com with questions. You must be an adult to request or accept an order.
Order requests and acceptance
Adding products to your bag or sending a request does not create a paid or accepted order. This website does not currently take payment. Findora reviews stock, supplier requirements, specifications, sizing, delivery and pricing before sending a written quote. An order proceeds only after you agree to the full quote and Findora confirms acceptance and payment instructions.
Prices, sizes and product information
Displayed prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes, shipping and any applicable import charges are additional unless expressly included. You will receive the complete payable total before payment. If a listing price or description is incorrect, we will explain the correction before you accept; you can decline the quote. Supplier photos and descriptions may represent variants. Confirm colour, dimensions, pack quantity, size and fit before accepting an order.
Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large are requested sizes until the supplier size chart and availability are confirmed. Kids sizes differ from adult sizes. For bras, band and cup measurements may also be required.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Read the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. A request may be cancelled before order acceptance without a payment or cancellation charge. Any purchase-specific conditions must be supplied in writing before payment. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
Responsible use and changes
Provide accurate contact information and use the store lawfully. Do not submit abusive requests, access another person's information or interfere with the service. We may correct listings or update these terms; updates do not retrospectively change an already accepted order. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies available under applicable law.
